Lecture by Marcela Hrubošová: The Path from Corporate to Entrepreneurship

- The formula for a successful business – Marcela introduced us to a unique concept that we have not seen before. It is a formula for success that includes not only innovative ideas and a strong market presence, but also a solid foundation of financial planning and management. We were impressed by this comprehensive approach and will definitely keep it in our files.
- Energy and positive attitude – The whole presentation was energetic and positive. Marcela showed that a presentation does not have to be a dry recitation of information, but can also be entertaining and inspiring. This is a key aspect of any successful presentation.
- Different approaches to business – We were interested in how each entrepreneur approaches their business. Marcela is structured and precise, which we compared with the approach of Emil Langer, who, on the other hand, runs his business intuitively and in a “shooter” way. Both approaches have their place and it is interesting to see how they differ.
- Theoretical knowledge vs. practical experience -Marcela showed us that theory and practice go hand in hand. It is important not only to know the concepts but also to apply them in real business. It is a path to deeper understanding and success.
- Limited time for discussion – We regretted that we did not have more time to discuss with Marcela. Her answer to the question about the biggest “fuck-up” was fascinating, and we would have loved to learn even more.
