Meeting with Founder Arben: An Honest Look at Entrepreneurship Without Myths

Students of the Faculty of Business Administration at VŠE had the opportunity to hear the authentic entrepreneurial journey of Mr. Arben Prenaj – from the initial idea and the growth of a start-up to moments when he faced his own mistakes and difficult decisions. It wasn’t a classic “success story,” but a realistic account of entrepreneurship, including specific missteps, underestimated steps, and key lessons learned.

Arben devoted special attention to how he now works with new founders as a mentor. He emphasized the importance of idea validation, building the right team, managing cash flow, and being able to accept critical feedback.

The lecture also included an overview of the opportunities offered by the accelerator for early-stage entrepreneurs:

• mentoring from experienced founders
• access to experts and a valuable network
• support for scaling and entering the market
• the backing of a strong partner

We thank Arben for his openness, authenticity, and practical insights, which provided VŠE students with a real perspective on entrepreneurship – as a demanding yet achievable path.
