🌿 SME EnterPRIZE 2025: Sustainability as a Path to Long-Term Value

The Department of Entrepreneurship congratulates the winners of the SME EnterPRIZE competition, which has been organized for the fifth consecutive year by Generali Česká pojišťovna. The initiative aims to support sustainable business practices among sole traders, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as start-ups.

🏆 This year’s winner is TIERRA VERDE, s.r.o., a company producing eco-friendly cleaning products and cosmetics for everyday use. In the start-up category, the award went to the innovative company FYTOLASER, s.r.o., which focuses on non-chemical laser seed treatment.

A total of 80 companies from across the Czech Republic entered the competition this year, presenting their sustainable strategies, innovations, and positive impact on society and the environment to a panel of expert judges.

🔍 At the Department of Entrepreneurship, sustainability is a key area of focus for Nina Bočková, who bridges academia with practice and contributes to the strategic development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. This year, she also served as a member of the competition jury. She views SME EnterPRIZE as an inspiring platform that demonstrates ESG principles are not just a trend, but a path to long-term value—for businesses, society, and the planet.
