Linking Academic Teaching with Entrepreneurial Practice
Our Assistant Professors actively connect academic teaching with real‑world entrepreneurship. Nina Bočková, involved in the minor specialization Entrepreneurship – Start‑ups and Innovation and also a mentor in the Start it ČSOB program, regularly invites VŠE students to Validation Camps and personally participates in mentoring activities in both Prague and Brno.
The outcomes were evident this past weekend. Vojta Müller, a graduate of our minor specialization and co‑founder of the start‑up Forestio, has already stepped into the role of mentor for the next generation of aspiring entrepreneurs. At the same time, student Tadeáš Laube completed the validation process for his product, attracted new team members, and confirmed genuine market interest—both in the B2C and B2B segments.
It is a pleasure to see our students and alumni successfully applying their skills and experience in entrepreneurial practice.
