IMECS 2016

The 4th International Conference – Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship and Corporate Sustainability (IMECS 2016) took place on May 26-27, 2016 at the University of Economics, Prague. The conference was organised by the Department of Entrepreneurship of the University of Economics, Prague, Czech Republic in cooperation with other partners (the National Research Polytechnic University in Perm, Russia, ZHAW Switzerland, Comenius University in Bratislava, Centre for Entrepreneurship TU Berlin).

Conference proceedings with full papers were submitted to the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI). Book of abstracts was published by Oeconomica Publishers. The aims of the conference was to achieve academic excellence in a regional context and to establish a platform for mutual collaboration, exchange and dissemination of ideas among researchers, professionals and authorities. We were pleased to announce sound keynote speakers from Germany, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Switzerland, Finland, Slovakia and the Czech republic who discussed recent trends in the fields of innovation management, entrepreneurship and sustainability.

IMACS 2015

The third year of the conference „INNOVATION MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY – new challenges“ took place at the University of Economics, Prague (Czech Republic) on May 21-22, 2015. The conference was organised by the Department of Entrepreneurship of the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Economics, Prague; the National Research Polytechnic University in Perm, Russia,the Regional Management Centre, Russia and the WOIS Institut in Coburg, Germany. The conference was preferably aimed at the impact of innovations on company competitiveness and its sustainable growth. The objective of organizers was to attract experts from both business and academic branch to address all respective issues of innovation management in current discontinual business environment. The conference also put in spotlight any particular aspects of company innovation process with regard to its quality and effectiveness. Key themes were academic research, innovation practice, real experience in innovation, failures and barriers to innovation and unconventional views of innovation. Conference proceedings were submitted to Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) which is integrated index within Web of Science, Thomson Reuters.
