3. Start-up phases – The lecture covered all the important phases of a start-up. From discovering a business opportunity and finding a partner and employees to attracting investment and expanding abroad.
4. Falling in love with problems – Jakub emphasized that successful start-up management is about solving problems. Overcoming problems is a key skill for innovation and growth.
5. Innovative Dayswaps app – The Dayswaps app impressed us with its innovation. Jakub’s ambition to expand the market to the Balkans, where there is less competition, is an interesting opportunity for further development.
