Innovations and Their Impact on The Organizational Sustainable Growth

Desription: The project focused on analysing and quantitative evaluation of innovation effects on sustainable business growth. Innovative managerial approaches to productivity and business value control in chemistry industry were analysed. The base for effective business value control in organizations is the ability to measure the contribution of innovations. Following this need several approaches to solving these problems were formulated. Applying innovative approaches in strategy management was an important aspect. The scanario approahces to strategy management in investment projects were analysed in  this context. These issues were interconnected with modeling effective project portfolio by application both deterministic and stochastic approaches. Other strategy management tools were analysed too, such as Balanced Scorecard. Besides that Corporate Social Responsibility, knowledge management and innovative organizational structures were researched too.
