The programme brings together lecturers, trainers, and innovation support staff to explore how to teach impact entrepreneurship in practice using active, experiential learning methods. Whether you are an experienced lecturer or a newcomer to the field, this three‑day interactive event offers a unique opportunity to innovate your teaching practice, exchange ideas, and connect with peers across the World.
The programme brings together lecturers, trainers, and innovation support staff to explore how to teach social entrepreneurship in practice using active, experiential learning methods. Expect hands‑on workshops, peer learning, and a supportive international community focused on education for social and environmental impact.

The programme includes:
- all training sessions,

Cost: Participation is free, thanks to the financial support of the ZEEUS project. Refreshments during the training are provided. Participants cover travel, accommodation, and meals outside the provided catering.

Your Trainers
Ing. Lukáš Válek, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor, Department of Entrepreneurship (VŠE)
Lukáš teaches Social Entrepreneurship and related subjects that connect economic, social, and sustainability perspectives. His academic work focuses on social entrepreneurship, social economy, complementary economic systems, and non‑formal learning. He is involved in international research projects and brings extensive experience with interactive, learner‑centred facilitation — making him an ideal guide for this Train‑the‑Trainers programme.
Ing. Michal Andera, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor, Department of Entrepreneurship (VŠE)
Michal teaches opportunity recognition, business model development, and social entrepreneurship. He is known for a highly interactive, practice‑based teaching style that helps learners turn early ideas into validated concepts. With over 15 years of experience supporting startups, universities, and public institutions across Europe, he brings deep expertise in impact‑driven entrepreneurship education.
Michal also teaches in executive and honors programmes at VŠE and actively contributes to building entrepreneurship communities. He is teaching in prestigious CEMS International Management Programme and received several Dean’s Award for the Best Teacher.
Ing. Kateřina Půbalová, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor, Department of Managerial Psychology and Sociology (VŠE)
Kateřina specializes in leadership development, sustainable leadership, and intercultural communication. Her teaching focuses on active learning and reflective competencies essential for responsible social and impact entrepreneurship. She has extensive experience in executive education, MBA programmes, and international academic collaborations.
